2. Looking for a property

You can start looking for suitable property at Funda or Huispedia. You can also follow the real estate agencys on social media or register with them to be the first to know which properties are on the market. We can guide you trough the bidding process. 

3. Purchase agreement

After your bid has been accepted, you will receive the purchase agreement. We can help you with understanding the purchase agreement and explain you all the details.  

4. Advisory consult

First you need to send the obligated documents for this consultation. You will receive a list with all the necessary documents and instructions how to find them. 

During this consultation we will advice you which mortgage and bank suits you the best. 

5. Indicative proposal

After we have applied for the mortgage, you will first receive an indicative proposal from the bank. 
We will go trough this proposal toghether. 

6. Documents

We will send all the necessary documents to the bank so they can check the application. It is possible that they have some questions and need more information or documents. 

7. Approved

If everything is in order the bank will approve the loan. 

8. Binding offer

If the loan is approved, you will receive the binding offer from the bank. We will go trough this together and finalize also the suitable insurances for you. 

9. Notary 

You will sign the mortgage deed and delivery deed at the notary and the property becomes yours. 

10. Congratulations 

The house is yours and our services will end here.
