Fee

Financial advisors are not allowed to receive commission and charge you directly the fee for their services. If we work together then you will only pay us a fee. Our basic fee for a mortgage package is € 2.650 (VAT not applicable). Our fee is also tax deductible for you with the income tax return. 

You can expect the following services if you hire us:

1. A first advisory consultation free of charge
2. No payments upfront - you will pay us at the notary when you have received the keys of the house. 
3. All communications in English 
4. We will guide you trough the process of the bidding and help you with the purchase agreement. 
5. We will discuss the current and future situation and the risks involved with buying a house.
6. We will discuss the different products and terms and advice you on which products suits you the best.
7. You will receive an extensive advisory report based on you risk profile, preferences and future goals. 
8. We help you to fill in all the documents and check all the offers from banks and insurers. 
9. We will guide you through the application process of the life insurances and other insurances. 
10. We will check all the necessary documents from the notary
